- Timing: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Work Setup:
- Hybrid role – onsite approximately 6 days per month
- Standard office work environment
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Project Manager (Media) to support a fast-paced Media Creative team. This role focuses on managing creative workflows, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely delivery across cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate creative workflows from project intake through final delivery
- Manage project timelines, tracking, and status updates
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, design, and production teams
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
- Support reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization
- Utilize tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office
- Maintain organized processes and ensure project milestones are met
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Project Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- Creative operations
- Project coordination/management
- Creative services or trafficking
- Experience working with creative or marketing teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with digital creative development across:
- Social media
- Video
- Onsite and offsite media channels
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workfront
- Monday.com
- Microsoft Office Suite
