Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Cath Lab for an exciting Travel opportunity in Apple Valley, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
Monitor patient status and hemodynamic stability throughout procedures.
Administer medications and conscious sedation as required.
Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures.
Support PCI and cardiac stent placement procedures.
Provide STEMI call coverage as required.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and procedural records.
Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and departmental protocols.
Deliver high-quality patient care before, during, and after procedures.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
Recent Cath Lab experience required.
Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
Experience with PCI and cardiac stent placement procedures.
Experience with conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring.
Current BLS Certification required.
Current ACLS Certification required.
Strong critical-thinking and clinical assessment skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment.
