Job Type: Contract / Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (Holiday coverage required)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to take on a Charge Nurse role within a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting. This position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while supporting daily unit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for assigned residents/patients
• Conduct patient assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff and CNAs
• Serve as a clinical resource for the care team
• Assist with administrative and operational duties as needed
• Ensure adherence to patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality standards
• Support patient and family education initiatives
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Maine or Compact State)
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
