Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Advanced) with strong expertise in Power BI and Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain complex data visualizations and reporting solutions while supporting data architecture and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations
- Analyze data requirements, data structures, and processing architectures
- Create paginated reports and data cubes to improve data accessibility
- Monitor database performance, usage, and efficiency
- Conduct diagnostics and testing to forecast performance thresholds
- Support implementation of new databases and data solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements
- Prepare status reports and provide updates to leadership and project teams
- Normalize and integrate data sources to support enterprise data architecture
- Ensure data solutions align with organizational standards and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and consultation to internal teams
- Work with third-party vendors for system analysis and improvements
- Monitor industry trends and recommend technology enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
(or equivalent experience on a year-for-year basis) - 2 years of Project Management experience
- 3 years of experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of IT systems and data analysis
- Basic understanding of data governance and privacy principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools
- Experience with:

- Database Architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
