We are seeking a motivated Junior or Senior undergraduate student in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering to join our SiC/GaN Reliability Engineering team for Summer 2026.
This role provides hands-on experience in power semiconductor reliability testing, data analysis, and failure investigation, supporting multiple active projects related to high-voltage SiC/GaN devices. The intern will work closely with a Senior Reliability Engineer and cross-functional teams, including packaging, test, and product engineering.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze large datasets from reliability tests using JMP
- Generate statistical summaries, trend analysis, and data visualizations
- Identify patterns in parameters and degradation behavior
- Prepare summary reports and presentation slides for internal reviews
- Manage sample tracking, test matrices, and documentation
- Assist in troubleshooting test setups and data inconsistencies
- Reliability Testing Support
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of high-voltage reliability tests
- Support the setup and operation of automated test systems for electrical characterization
- Track test progress, collect data, and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
Basic
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Rising Junior or Senior (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and general data analysis
- Basic understanding of circuits, semiconductors, or electronics
- Experience with JMP or similar statistical tools (Python, MATLAB, etc.)
- Familiarity with semiconductor devices or power electronics
- Exposure to lab equipment or automated testing environments
- Interest in reliability engineering or failure analysis
