Position Overview:
Seeking a highly organized Creative Operations Coordinator to support workflow coordination, project tracking, deliverable management, and cross-functional communication across creative and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience managing timelines, status updates, workflow documentation, and multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project workflows, timelines, approvals, and deliverable tracking
- Support intake, scheduling, status reporting, and workflow management activities
- Organize meetings, stakeholder updates, and project check-ins
- Maintain project documentation, workflow records, and reporting updates
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Identify workflow risks, delays, and project roadblocks
- Support operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives
- Utilize project management tools for workflow coordination and reporting
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, workflow coordination, marketing operations, implementation support, or related environments
- Experience supporting creative, marketing, agency, operations, or cross-functional teams preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
