What you will do:
The Senior Program Manager / IT Project Manager will provide overall authority and accountability and execution. Leads end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring program governance, compliance, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management, direction, and execution oversight
- Own program governance: integrated master schedule, status reporting, deliverables tracking, and performance metrics.
- Lead Zero Trust implementation planning and delivery (roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and adoption).
- Manage risks/issues/changes, ensuring rapid escalation and resolution with stakeholders and technical leads.
- Coordinate resources across cybersecurity, engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
- PMP certification required.
- 5 years of professional experience managing cybersecurity or related IT projects/programs.
- Demonstrated professional experience organizing teams to successfully deliver Zero Trust capabilities.
- Public Trust or Secret clearance
