Technical Program Manager – Data Center Infrastructure & Standardized Procedures
Overview
IntePros is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support large-scale data center infrastructure and retrofit initiatives across critical facilities environments. This role will focus on developing standardized technical procedures, coordinating cross-functional engineering efforts, and supporting operational readiness for infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate has strong technical writing experience, deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to partner across engineering, operations, and construction teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Core Responsibilities
Technical Procedure Development
- Create and maintain detailed Method of Procedures (MOPs), SOPs, and technical work instructions
- Translate complex electrical and mechanical systems into clear operational guidance
- Develop repeatable, standardized technical documentation for infrastructure deployments
- Ensure procedures meet safety, operational, and engineering standards
Program & Project Coordination
- Support retrofit and infrastructure deployment initiatives across multiple sites
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, construction, and policy stakeholders
- Track deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
- Help streamline approval workflows and improve execution consistency
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Partner with engineers, operations teams, construction managers, and technical leads
- Drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities and technical constraints
- Balance business urgency with operational quality and safety requirements
- Support collaboration across regional and site-level teams
Technical Analysis & Standardization
- Review electrical one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and infrastructure documentation
- Support standardization of technical workflows and operational processes
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and reusable frameworks
- Capture lessons learned and incorporate improvements into documentation standards
Reporting & Operational Support
- Assist with reporting, documentation tracking, and operational metrics
- Support governance processes and procedure lifecycle management
- Maintain documentation libraries and knowledge transfer materials
Top 3 Hard Requirements
- Strong technical writing experience for MOPs, SOPs, or safety-critical procedures
- Knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, ATSs, etc.)
- Cross-functional stakeholder management experience within engineering or infrastructure environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in data center operations, commissioning, construction, or critical facilities
- Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams and panel schedules
- Familiarity with electrical safety practices and circuit verification procedures
- Background in infrastructure standardization or process optimization initiatives
Key Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Lead in infrastructure or critical facilities environments
- 3 years of experience working within data center or mission-critical environments
- Demonstrated experience developing technical procedures and operational documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field preferred
