What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success Manager position at Naviron?
Naviron is pleased to partner with a fast-growing SaaS company that helps restoration companies run their business better, from operations to profitability. They're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to own the health, retention, and growth of a portfolio of accounts ranging from small owner-operator shops to large corporate customers.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in-office in Lehi, Utah.
What you'll do:
- Own the relationship health of your portfolio, from single owner businesses to large corporate accounts
- Proactively monitor customer health signals and reach out ahead of risk
- Resolve issues and conflict before they threaten the relationship
- Lead QBR business reviews tailored to each account, from quick check-ins with owner-operators to formal reviews with corporate stakeholders
- Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities
- Become the go-to expert on the product and the restoration industry for your accounts
- Partner with support and internal teams to keep issues moving and customers from getting stuck in the middle
- Leverage AI tools to work more efficiently, from account monitoring to meeting prep
What you have:
- Proven experience owning a book of customer accounts, with direct responsibility for retention and growth
- Strong communication skills, comfortable running everything from a casual check-in to a formal QBR
- A natural drive to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to learn new software quickly and become a real product expert
- Comfort working across very different customer profiles, from single-location owner-operators to multi-stakeholder corporate accounts
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Restoration, construction, or field-services industry experience is a huge plus
- Willingness to travel to customer sites or industry events as needed
Compensation:
- $65 -75K base
- Full benefits & 401k
