What You’ll Do as a Customer Enrollment Representative
- Welcome customers and engage in friendly conversations to understand their service needs.
- Introduce AT&T products, services, plans, and available options in a clear and professional manner.
- Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and other service-related steps.
- Answer customer questions and clarify service details to ensure information is easy to understand.
- Review customer information carefully to ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Maintain organized enrollment documentation while following established company and client procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to communicate customer needs and provide consistent, reliable support.
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Enrollment Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
