Role Description
We are seeking a full-time *Mandarin Speaking Front Desk Receptionist/Aesthetic Consultant to join our team on-site at our Tustin, CA location. This role involves greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Additional responsibilities include providing information about our services, maintaining client records, and supporting administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Mandarin and English Proficient in Speaking, Reading, and Writing
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and data entry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization
- Previous experience in a spa, beauty, or wellness environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in related fields are beneficial
- Proficiency in using office software including scheduling tools and CRM systems
Benefits
Both PT/FT employees are subject to free hydrafacial, laser once a month, neurotoxin allowance, and certain chemical peels.
Available Shifts:
Part-Time: ~20 hrs/week
Full-Time: ~38-40 hrs/week
