The firm is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant, to join the Accounting & Finance team in DTC and help the growing finance operations. The Staff Accountant will report to the CFO (a CPA/MBA) and work with a Senior Accountant.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Denver Tech Center (DTC) office. Hours are typically Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some overtime possible at busier times.
NOTE: Only people who are currently living in Denver will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Review/manage the day-to-day outsourced accounting activities for the firm including A/R, A/P, Bank, Credit Card, and other account reconciliations.
- Perform journal entries as needed.
- Assist in performing financial planning and analysis on a monthly basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Advanced degree and/or CPA is preferred but not required.
- 2 years of accounting experience (some financial services / advisory / wealth management industry experience is helpful but not required).
- Understanding of GAAP.
- Highly analytical, organized, and collaborative, with strong communication skills.
- QuickBooks experience is required (QuickBooks Desktop experience is ideal).
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Bill.com & ADP are helpful.
- The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized and motivated.

Salary : $52,000 - $66,000
