Our client has a strong regional presence and a track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects. They are open to both mid-level and senior candidates — compensation will be based on experience.
We are hiring a Mid and Senior Project Manager
Title: Project Manager x2
Location: Concord, CA
Salary: $120-$150k
We're looking for 2 Project Managers to lead complex environmental and infrastructure construction projects. You'll take ownership of people, budgets, schedules, and client relationships across multiple job sites. If you've built a career running projects in heavy civil, environmental remediation, or utility construction, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Oversee all project phases from planning through final execution
- Lead budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Manage field operations, inspections, and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve project challenges in real time
- Report on progress and performance to leadership
Ideal Experience:
- 3 years of experience managing construction, environmental remediation, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning, permitting, and logistics
- Hands-on experience with safety protocols, inspections, and quality control
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proficiency in project management tools (P6, MS Project, or similar)
- OSHA 30 certification a plus
