We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Project Coordinator to support infrastructure project delivery in Ontario, CA. Working directly with Project Managers, you'll bridge project operations and regulatory compliance — keeping projects on schedule, documentation airtight, and permits moving.

What you'll do:
- Support project delivery end-to-end: meetings, documentation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and contractual closeout
- Manage project data across Primavera P6, EcoSys, B2W, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
- Own the full permitting lifecycle — research, prepare, and submit applications to local, state, and federal agencies
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, utility companies, municipalities, and landowners
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on compliance impacts
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards throughout
What you bring:
- 3 years in project coordination, construction management, or project controls
- 2 years in permitting, administrative support, or customer service
- Deep familiarity with the permitting lifecycle and local/municipal jurisdictions
- Advanced Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with P6, EcoSys, B2W, or comparable software
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication, and a proactive ownership mindset
- HS diploma or equivalent; thorough understanding of construction lifecycle and contract management
