Office Administrator – Boutique Business Management Firm

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced boutique business management firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience
  • Support partners and staff with administrative tasks, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Handle document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing physical and digital records
  • Coordinate internal communications and help streamline office processes

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or business management environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
