Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for entertainment industry clients
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain general ledgers and prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Work closely with business managers and clients to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain organized financial records and support special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience using QuickBooks or Agilink required
- Entertainment business management experience is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
