Accounting Manager

We’re looking for an Accounting Manager who thrives on precision, leadership, and impact. This role is central to ensuring financial operations run seamlessly while guiding a team toward excellence. What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering growth and accountability.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Partner with leadership to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex financial concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
