- Serve as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in real estate transactions, including agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and attorneys.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the transaction process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Review contracts, agreements, and related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Keep agents organized by adding important dates to calendars and sending reminders as needed.
- Facilitate clear communication between all parties, providing updates, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns throughout the transaction.
- Track key milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and proactive problem-solving to prevent delays or issues.
- Assist agents in preparing and submitting complete and accurate contracts and related documents.
- Coordinate the execution of contracts, ensuring all parties sign and receive copies within specified timeframes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction files, including contracts, addenda, disclosures, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare and distribute transaction-related documents, such as amendments, extensions, and addenda, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed transaction records
- Ensure proper filing and storage of transaction documents, both electronically and in physical files.
- Serve as a liaison between agents and clients providing regular updates on transaction progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and providing professional and knowledgeable assistance throughout the transaction process.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, agents, and external partners, promoting a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

- Previous experience as a transaction coordinator, transaction manager, or similar role in the real estate industry or firsthand real estate sales experience.
