The Success Coach closely monitors agents' performance, offering personalized feedback and actionable advice based on their individual strengths and areas for improvement. They conduct regular in-action training sessions and workshops, focusing on essential real estate practices, client engagement techniques, improving key lead program metrics and effective use of technology and CRM management.
Additionally, the coach fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, encouraging agents to share best practices and learn from each other's experiences. Through their expertise and mentorship, the Agent Success Coach is instrumental in enhancing the overall performance of the team, ensuring that agents are well-equipped to meet their targets and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Licensed NC Real Estate agents with Zillow Preferred (formerly Zillow Flex) experience Follow Up Boss CRM experience will be given preference.
