This role blends strategic sales, creative marketing, and relationship development, connecting with association boards, developers, vendors, and industry partners to position Navigate as the leading management partner in the region. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to balance creative marketing initiatives with measurable sales results.Business Development SalesIdentify, cultivate, and secure new management contracts with homeowners’ associations, condominiums, and master-planned communities.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and real estate professionals to generate new management opportunities and early-stage community engagements.Manage and track business development activities, leads, and opportunities in a CRM system (Salesforce)Present Navigate’s service offerings to potential clients through in-person meetings, presentations, and digital proposals.Participate in and represent Navigate at CAI events, tradeshows, developer forums, and other industry conferences to network, build credibility, and generate leads.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new communities and successful transition from proposal to management.Conduct ongoing market research to identify growth areas, competitive advantages, and emerging trends.Attend evening Board Meeting with prospective Board Members and potential clients.Cold calls and emails to list of Board MembersCollaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, craft proposals, and close dealsDeliver compelling presentations and confidently navigate complex negotiationsMeeting with Board Members onsiteMarketing Brand DevelopmentLead Navigate’s digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.Design and publish digital marketing content using Canva or similar creative tools, including promotional graphics, proposals, flyers, and community highlights.Develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns that showcase Navigate’s expertise, community successes, and industry leadership.Track campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve results and ROI.Manage online reputation and consistency of branding across all platforms and communication materials.Partner with the leadership team to develop new messaging, visual materials, and marketing assets that align with Navigate’s strategic goals.Reporting CollaborationCollaborate with the Leadership Team to create and implement a strategic business plan focused on portfolio growth, developer partnerships, and new revenue streams.Provide regular updates on lead status, pipeline progress, and new contract wins to the Leadership Team.Prepare performance reports tracking business development KPIs, marketing reach, and revenue outcomes.Participate in company meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions to contribute to Navigate’s overall mission and growth initiatives.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.A minimum of 3 years in sales leadership or business development within a service-driven industryProven success in high-volume, high-touch business development2 years experience managing HOAs and/or Condominium Associations preferredExcellent customer serviceExcellent written and oral skillAble to multitask, work independently and work as a teamExcellent technology skills / enjoy learning new technologyStrong organizational skillsExcellent work ethicsCAI Designations are preferred if experienced.Experience with Appfolio, Asana, Homewisedocs, and Ring Central preferred.Valid driver's license with reliable transportationBenefitsCompetitive SalaryWork from homePTOMedical, Dental, Vision401KIndustry-related education paid by the company
