Title: Structured Finance Of Counsel
Location: Hybrid -NY, DC, IL, CA, PA. MA

- Focus on structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on complex structured finance matters.
- Draft and negotiate relevant transaction documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to structure and execute financial transactions.
- Manage and oversee the legal aspects of structured finance projects.
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO transactions.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work products promptly.
- Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and expectations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
