This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Sales Broker based in Dallas, TX. The responsibilities of the role include coordinating and managing customs brokerage processes, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating import and export activities. The Customer Sales Broker will also work within international trade operations to ensure compliance and efficiency in all transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customs Brokerage processes and regulations
- Strong skills in Customer Service, with an emphasis on communication and problem-solving
- Experience in managing Import and Export operations
- Understanding of International Trade principles and practices
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in customs or trade is advantageous
- Relevant certifications or a degree in International Trade, Business, or related fields is a plus
