You will serve as a POLICE OFFICER in the COMMANDER, NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC) of NAVBASE CORONADO SEC DET.

GS-06:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience issuing citations in violation of law enforcement regulations;
*Experience conducting investigations related to critical incidents i.e., traffic accidents, domestic violence, assaults, child abuse/neglect) in accordance to policies and procedures;
*Experience interviewing witnesses to gather information about incidents; and
*Experience conducting inspections of vehicles to detect the unauthorized removal of classified material, government property, contraband, weapons, explosives or any items detrimental to security.
GS-05:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience apprehending personnel by the use of force or police equipment (i.e., firearms, taser, Oleoresin Capsicum (OS) spray);
*Experience preparing police reports concerning incidents and actions taken; and
*Experience responding to emergency calls for service while adhering to state and federal laws.
