Qualifications (Required) :
- 3 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst role
- Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements and defining solutions in partnership with stakeholders
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working within Agile methodologies
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to understand complex systems and processes and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to solve business and technical problems
