Instructors will deliver technically rigorous, government-approved instruction for the 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator course, ensuring soldier readiness across AMD C4I and divisional air defense systems.

Core Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Deliver instruction using Government-approved POIs and lesson plans.
- Train students on AMD C4I systems (FAAD, Sentinel Radar, AMDPCS, ADAM Cell).
- Teach Divisional Air Defense systems: FAAD EO, AMDWS, TAIS, ADSI.
- Provide instruction on operational procedures, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and power systems.
- Administer and evaluate tests; provide retraining as needed.
- Update lesson plans, student materials, and tests within 24 hours of Government-directed changes.
- Conduct instructional analysis and integrate new systems/software.
- Ensure all materials are =95% accurate and TRADOC 350-70 compliant.
- Graduate of the 14G MOS qualified course.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the 14G ADA MOS.
- Active SECRET clearance at time of hire.
- Proof of qualifications (DD214, ERB/ORB, Certificate of Completion) within 14 days of award.
- Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Support Course (within 90 days).
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
- 14G10 Instructor Course Certification.
