Core Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage contractor staff, addressing personnel issues as needed.
- Ensure operational coverage for all mission-critical areas in accordance with division leadership priorities.
- Collaborate with government analysts to define, develop, and execute reports, deliverables, and analytical products.
- Review and evaluate incoming reports, collection plans, and programs for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and project data trends based on knowledge of current/past intelligence situations.
- Provide specialized research, threat analysis, and production support.
- Access designated databases to identify, extract, and format information to government specifications.
- Deliver tailored threat analyses to meet government requirements.
- Prepare technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products.
- Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess problems, make accurate observations, and provide actionable recommendations.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph at time of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10 years of hands-on experience applying administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
- 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in national security or related fields, with emphasis on information analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and related tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse personnel.
- Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to develop methods to accomplish PWS objectives.
- Experience in intelligence-focused operational environments.
- Understanding of security risk management concepts.
