Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office (JPPSO), Supply Management Department, of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The position serves as the JPPSO Operations Manager, for the Southeast Region providing technical expertise, supervision and management oversight of vendor management, shipment management, storage management and quality assurance. Incumbent must be proficient in all areas of the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office to develop and implement procedures, policies and guidelines in the process of paying invoices, processing inbound/outbound shipments, managing storage and ensuring Transportation Service Provider compliance. Incumbent must be an expert in the Defense Transportation Regulation and Joint Travel Regulation regarding personal property entitlements and required processing times for payment, shipment and storage in the movement of household goods, and take necessary actions to remain in compliance. Incumbent must be able to prepare reports on workload production metrics and assists in Quality Control analysis and improvement. Incumbent must provide expert insight in all aspects of the personal property management functions with emphasis on NAVSUP HHG enterprise business practices.
