Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized accounting experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service applying principles, concepts, and practices to perform assignments concerning financial management and accounting. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Review accounting and financial reports to identify and correct discrepancies: 2) Utilizing automated financial systems to extract, interpret, and analyze financial reports and statistical data; 3) Evaluating and identifying accounting system deficiencies, policy issues, and audit requirements to take or recommend corrective action; and 4) Advising and assisting management on accounting and financial matters.
