- You will regularly develop and manage highly complex strategic effects in support of sensitive operations, actions, and activities (SOAA).
- You will develop and lead cross-functional, multi-discipline integrated planning teams consisting of a diverse civilian and military team from multiple organizations in order to provide refined concepts and solutions.
- You will regularly, review and conduct feasibility assessments of highly classified programs, and works with operational units to source solutions to maritime operational requirements.
- You will serve as a recognized authority on the analysis and evaluation of highly classified compartmented programs and issues when provided only broad, general administrative or policy direction.
- You will determine objectives that need additional emphasis; plan and assign work to be accomplished by subordinates based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of subordinates.
- You will provide technical oversight at a multicompartment highly classified level for the work performed by subordinate civilian and military members.
