Summary

You will serve as a Facilities Services Specialist in the FSC Management and Facility Services Branch, Operations Directorate, of Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic.

Duties

You will manage difficult and challenging FSC projects in various geographic locations with complex missions and functions.You will lead project teams and mentor junior PMs in the completion of the PWS, Independent Government Estimate (IGE), answering RFIs, and providing technical support during source selection.You will review project progress, measure performance, and take necessary corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost.You will develop technical packages for procurement to include PWS (technical specifications), (IGE), Functional Assessment Plans (FAP) and Performance system.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: Providing technical support across a wide range of FMFS functions, including programming, planning, preparation and execution of Facilities Services Contracts. Participating on Source Selection Technical Evaluation Teams, Price Evaluation Teams, Ability One Program negotiation teams, and Source Selection Board. Leading project teams and mentoring junior PMs in the completion of the PWS, Independent Government Estimate (IGE), Experience answering RFIs, and providing technical support during source selection. Planning and conducting site visits and fieldwork for PWS development and conducting requirements reviews with key stakeholders, coordinating PWS draft reviews and final customer signoffs.
