Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position has an SPF which is CURRENT registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) in any State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or Guam. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
