Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Improve efficiency and effectiveness of program operations to develop manpower and supply chain management tools; 2) Prepare and deliver effective briefings on complex and technical topics for presentations to audiences of military and civilian professionals; 3) Prepare datasets, architect specialized databases and computing environments for analyzing problems, evaluating performance, determine efficient utilization of resources and communicate results; 4) Develop comprehensive recommendation packages that include supporting background documentation and draft proposals for new regulations and policies; and 5) Develop and evaluate metrics to manage and improve program effectiveness and productivity.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

- You will gather data and conduct analysis to improve supply chain operations.
- You will develop metrics and measures to assess and improve operational performance to include integration with existing operational data systems.
- You will develop tools to acquire, compile, display, and monitor training requirements.
- You will design data collection techniques, data analysis methodology, data integrity tools, and data automation tools for improvements to business processes.
