You will serve as a Program Analyst in the SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS.

Qualifications:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Improve efficiency and effectiveness of program operations to develop manpower and supply chain management tools; 2) Prepare and deliver effective briefings on complex and technical topics for presentations to audiences of military and civilian professionals; 3) Prepare datasets, architect specialized databases and computing environments for analyzing problems, evaluating performance, determine efficient utilization of resources and communicate results; 4) Develop comprehensive recommendation packages that include supporting background documentation and draft proposals for new regulations and policies; and 5) Develop and evaluate metrics to manage and improve program effectiveness and productivity.
