You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the ACQUISITION GROUP, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV for PMA-234.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of the program office, and create/maintain files documenting the performance of required duties/responsibilities and makes the files available for review.
- You will develop policies, controls and operating procedures regarding operational requirements, funding, research, development, production, maintenance, fleet support, and training from concept and fleet introduction until retirement from service.
- You will lead a team of contracted and government personnel.
- You will coordinate data calls/external taskers including audits, Force Protection/Continuity of Operation Plan development, document review and coordination, public release documentation and congressional inquiries.
- You will analyze needs and synthesize requirements necessary for development of objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning.
- You will assure that initial and long-range program objectives comply with requirements of the DoD, DoN, and International Business.
- You will make general business and technical management decisions for successful execution of the program.
- You will apply the tools and techniques of process identification and continuous process improvement in addressing program management problems and issues and will be responsible for cross program integration and standardization of common processes.
- You will serve as central contact point within the program office for all external communications.
- You will establish and maintain relationships both within the organization and with relevant external groups.
- You will coordinate appropriate interface segments of the program with other program managers and management officials and with higher authorities.
- You will ensure that program leadership is advised of the status and progress of work efforts.
- You will evaluate program documentation to ensure that needs of the program are consistent with sound business practices and the degree of risk involved.
- You will synthesize critical management issues, documentation, and relevant information to support program reviews.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for the command's Resource Management Tool and communicate recent guidance and expectations.
- You will coordinate content and execution of meetings both internally and with external organizations.
- You will organize leadership meeting schedules, evaluate technical content scope/outcome with appropriate leadership and Subject Matter Experts, and provide general administrative support (i.e. action item tracking).
- You will exercise delegated managerial and oversight authority in the coordination of assigned subordinates.
- You will serve as the Contracting Officer’s Representative on assigned contracts, and manage all service contract source selections.
- You will perform functions/duties/responsibilities in accordance with applicable letter(s) of delegation/appointment.
