Records Retention Clerk

Under general supervision, performs administrative and technical work of moderate difficulty, performs related work as assigned. Perform a variety of tasks at the discretion of the department.  This is an Entry/Trainee position that works under close supervision. Positions at this level are assigned routine/standardized or recurring duties. • Assist Departmental staff in a variety of tasks.    
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, customer records, and restricted County information. 
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Knowledge of Customer service standards and protocols. 
• Skill in providing effective customer service, and dealing tactfully and courteously with the public. 
• Skilled in following verbal and written instructions and procedures. 
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing. 
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers.

Current resident of Navajo County; AND any combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position; AND a valid AZ driver license may be required.
