Location: Houston TX - Hybrid (3-4 days/week onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Cash & Liquidity Management Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and deployment of SAP Cash and Liquidity Management capabilities. The consultant will work closely with the internal IT team and the external SAP implementation partner, to ensure successful module configuration, integration, testing, and implementation.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and practical expertise in SAP Cash and Liquidity Management. This role requires someone who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation, collaborate effectively with the implementation partner, and drive deliverables from the internal IT perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the internal IT team and implementation team throughout the SAP Cash and Liquidity Management implementation.
- Configure and support SAP Cash and Liquidity Management functionality based on business and treasury requirements.
- Leverage hands-on SAP FI/CO expertise to support financial process configuration and integration.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications.
- Support integration between Cash and Liquidity Management and relevant SAP Finance, Treasury, and banking processes.
- Review configuration decisions and proposed solutions from the implementation partner to ensure alignment with business requirements and internal IT standards.
- Assist with functional design, configuration validation, testing, defect resolution, and implementation activities.
- Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation of cash management and liquidity processes.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and coordinate with the implementation partner to drive timely resolution.
- Work with finance and treasury stakeholders to validate business processes, reporting requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, documentation, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Ensure knowledge transfer from the implementation partner to the internal IT team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO, including configuration and implementation support.
- Practical experience implementing or configuring SAP Cash Management and Liquidity Management functionality.
- Strong understanding of cash positioning, cash flow visibility, liquidity forecasting, and bank account-related processes.
- Experience with SAP Finance integration and related financial master data and transaction flows.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configuration and implementation deliverables.
- Experience working with external SAP system integrators or implementation partners.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT, Finance, Treasury, and external consulting teams.
