We're expanding our team and looking for a hungry, driven Inside Sales Representative who's ready to close deals β€” because we bring the customers to you.

This is not a cold-calling-from-scratch role. We hand you the book of business. Your job? Own it. Build the relationship, negotiate the rate, close the deal, and keep the customer coming back.

βœ… Key Responsibilities


β€’ Manage and grow an existing book of business β€” broker and shipper accounts provided

β€’ Negotiate freight rates and provide competitive price matching to win and retain business

β€’ Work closely with the credit team to ensure accounts are properly set up and approved

β€’ Coordinate with the carrier team to book, monitor, and track shipments end-to-end

β€’ Stay proactively engaged with customers via phone and email β€” be responsive, be present, be the go-to

β€’ Monitor all freight activity back-and-forth and keep nothing from slipping through the cracks

β€’ Build long-term relationships with customers and make every deal count

β€’ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts

πŸ“‹ Requirements


β€’ 3 years of experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics sales

β€’ Strong negotiation skills β€” you know how to hold a rate and still win the deal

β€’ Excellent phone and email communication β€” you stay on top of your customers, always

β€’ Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously

β€’ Team player β€” you'll work hand-in-hand with credit and carrier teams daily

β€’ Must be based in Houston, TX and able to work 100% in-office

β€’ Background check and drug test required
