Qualifications:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Executing Specific Tasks: Responsible for performing specific administrative and technical tasks for utility contracts and projects, ensuring compliance with terms under the guidance of a senior engineer or manager. 2) System Analysis: They analyze aspects of utility systems, such as short-circuit currents, system voltage levels, and power system impedances, to support broader system studies. 3) Supporting Project Management: The employee would assist in developing project scopes, preparing cost estimates, and performing design reviews, but a GS-12 would have the final oversight and approval authority. 4) Data and Performance Monitoring: A key developmental activity involves using data systems to track contract activities and develop reports for performance monitoring. 5) Problem Resolution: Analyzing and resolving specific, assigned operational and maintenance problems, while a GS-12 would be expected to handle more complex and novel issues independently.NOTE: This information must be fully supported in your resume.
