What are the responsibilities and job description for the FACILITIES SUPPORT CONTRACT MANAGER position at NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE?
You will serve as a FACILITIES SUPPORT CONTRACT MANAGER in Public Works Department of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE.
1. Demonstrating the ability to lead groups and teams, plan work and establish priorities based on urgency, complexity and employee capabilities.
2. Executing work and delivering products and services to diverse clients across a wide and dispersed area and respond to emergent requirements such as national disasters, critical events and operations requiring Command attention.
3. Demonstrating knowledge of facility and utility repair, maintenance and service techniques; experience in conducting and reviewing facility and utility assessments, studies, and applying recommendations to various types of Facility Support Contracts.
4. Developing and managing Facility Support Contracts, reviewing invoices for payment, evaluating contractor cost proposals, and preparing assessments of contractor performance.

Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized Experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
