Nautilus Custom Homes: Finely Crafted Custom Homes
The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager. He or she will manage all aspects associated with the field construction.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and build by using Gantt chart schedule
- Provide accurate information for updates
- Complete daily jobsite reports
- Scheduling of subcontractors and materials; allowing long enough leads times for subs and material to be on site at correct times
- Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list.
- Maintain safe work site, establish good job site housekeeping. Must maintain a CLEAN jobsite and observe OSHA, State, County and Community regulations
- Review shop drawings for accuracy
- Proactively problem solve
- Champion Nautilus Homes processes
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient computer skills, and Procore certification/experience
- Ability to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawings
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high end Clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers
- Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goals
- Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug Free Workplace Program
- A passion for custom home building
