Tools-On Superintendent – High-End Residential Construction
We’re seeking a skilled Tools-On Superintendent to lead the day-to-day operations of our high-end residential projects. This role blends hands-on craftsmanship with site supervision, ensuring every home meets our exceptional standards of quality, detail, and design.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site construction, subcontractors, and schedules
- Perform hands-on work as needed to maintain high craftsmanship
- Ensure work meets design intent and luxury finish standards
- Coordinate materials, inspections, and jobsite safety
- Communicate daily with project managers, clients, and trades
Qualifications:
- 5 years of residential construction experience; high-end or custom homes preferred
- Strong carpentry or trade skills with leadership experience
- Ability to read plans, manage subs, and maintain schedules
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
