Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide comprehensive instructions on boat operations, safety procedures, and rental policies
- Manage the rental process efficiently, including cash handling, reservations, and equipment check-out/in
- Monitor boats during rentals to ensure safety protocols are followed and respond promptly to any issues or conflicts
- Assist guests with boarding, docking, and troubleshooting equipment as needed
- Enforce safety rules by conducting safety briefings and lifeguard supervision when applicable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental stations, boats, and related equipment
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through friendly communication, local knowledge sharing, and guest services
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred; experience in events management or working with children is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes or safety concerns effectively
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and providing clear instructions to diverse audiences
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
- Outboard maintenance a definte plus.

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
