What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Rep for Equipment Rental Company position at Tejas Equipment Rental?
Tejas Equipment Rental is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base in the construction industrial and commercial markets. This role is focused on building relationships generating new business and promoting our full line of rental equipment and services.
We need someone who knows how to find leads, close deals, and stay in front of customer needs. You will spend most of your time out in your territory, setting up meetings with contractors and understanding their equipment needs and making sure they get what they need on time and with solid support from our team. You will be expected to follow up quickly, stay organized using our CRM (Repmove) and work closely with our dispatch and operations crews to make sure the customer experience stays strong from quote to delivery.
We are looking for someone with outside sales experience ideally in equipment rental or construction. You should be confident working independently, comfortable talking shop with field crews and able to manage your time well. A valid driver's license is required. Pre employment drug testing is required.
