This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL, for a Design Consultant. The Design Consultant will assist customers in selecting furniture and furnishings to match their unique needs and preferences. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leveraging interior design expertise to create inspiring solutions. The role involves representing Natuzzi’s commitment to quality and style, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to deliver excellent client experiences and achieve sales goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design to offer creative and functional design solutions.
- Knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Passion for luxury goods and attention to detail in presenting high-quality designs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
