Job Overview:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and machinery, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the technician will work closely with the production team to minimize downtime, adhere to safety standards, and maintain detailed maintenance records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure production equipment is properly set up and operational
- Troubleshoot equipment as needed to minimize downtime
- Repair production equipment to maintain efficient production capabilities
- Read and interpret equipment schematics and manuals
- Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment as scheduled
- Track, log, and update work orders daily
- Work closely with machine operators during changeovers, set-up and tear down
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Communicate with Production team on proper set up and improvements on production equipment, participate in continuous improvement
- Comply with safety procedures and GMP practices
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in Personal Care, Food, or bottling manufacturing Industry is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification is a plus
- Experience with boilers, air compressors, and chillers is a plus
- Must have experience with GMP
- Welding, TIG, MIG, STICK a plus
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
