Naturescape is seeking to hire a Head Quality Assurance Manager to serve as the company-wide steward of quality standards by providing direct leadership, training, and operational oversight to the QA management team across all Naturescape locations. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEAD QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

As the Head Quality Assurance Manager, you are the leading force behind Naturescape's quality assurance department. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you hold the vital responsibility of overseeing quality standards for the entire company. Your day is dedicated to ensuring excellence across all locations by directly training, monitoring, and mentoring our team of QA managers.

While your home base may be at our HQ office in Muskego, WI, this role requires a strong willingness to travel to our various branches. These visits are essential for providing hands-on support, driving customer retention, and ensuring that every branch operates at peak efficiency. Your daily activities include:

• Strategic Oversight of Standards: You take ownership of Naturescape's quality benchmarks, you will oversee the integration of core service and standards, and verify that excellence is delivered uniformly.
• Leadership & Management: You provide direct oversight and guidance to QA Managers, conducting one-on-one meetings, 90-day reviews, and managing corrective actions to maintain a high-performing team.
• Audit & Inspection: During branch visits, you perform productivity inspections, same-day inspections, and ride-along inspections to verify that our service and safety standards are being met on the ground.
• Operational Oversight: You monitor routing management, track the performance of winter work, and verify the status of pesticide licenses to ensure full operational compliance.
• Team Development: You act as a mentor and coach, overseeing shadow training, testing, and training checklists to ensure all employees are fully equipped to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
