Nature’s Touch is a high-end residential and vacation rental cleaning company dedicated to delivering exceptional, detail-driven service with a personal touch. We specialize in luxury homes, short-term rentals, and premium properties, where quality, consistency, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
As a Luxury Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining immaculate spaces that meet elevated standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and pride in your work. You will represent the Nature’s Touch brand in clients’ homes, ensuring each property feels refreshed, elevated, and thoughtfully cared for.
The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, respectful of client privacy, and understands that luxury cleaning goes beyond “surface-level” it’s about precision, consistency, and care.
Qualifications
- Previous residential, luxury home, or short-term rental (Airbnb/Vacation Rental) cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet high-end cleanliness standards
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and communication
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Trustworthy and respectful of client privacy and property, as we service high-profile clients who require discretion.
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs)
- Comfortable following detailed checklists and property-specific instructions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks if required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Nature’s Touch luxury cleaning systems.

- A reliable, working vehicle is required
- Must be available Sunday–Tuesday, Some Saturdays required.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
