Position Overview
We are seeking dependable individuals to join us at our new two-year-old facility in Front Royal, Virginia. We have a variety of positions available across different departments. Whether you are experienced or just starting your career, we invite you to explore the opportunities with us.
Positions include:
- Production Operators
- Quality Assurance Sampling Tech
- Maintenance Technicians
- General Warehouse
- Forklift Operators
Must be able to work in a negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience may be required based on position.
- Bilingual-Spanish and English is a plus!
Work Location & Working Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.
The schedule is Monday to Friday.
- 1st Shift 6:45am-3:15pm
- Mid Shift 12:00pm-8:30pm (Shift Differential $0.50/hour)
- 2nd Shift 2:45pm-11:15pm (Shift Differential $1.00/hour)
Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
