Customer Service/Scheduler Representative
Nature’s Way is a family-owned business located in Burlington, KY. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team. The position is a full-time position and has numerous responsibilities. Duties include answering the phone and assisting customers in addition to supporting project managers and field staff. Additional duties include setting up new customers, routing/scheduling services, posting daily production, processing accounts payable, customer billing, processing customers payments and job costing. The position has many responsibilities which keeps the position interesting. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, have a friendly demeanor and work well with others.
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative
· Previous customer service experience
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Time management skills and ability to multitask
· Familiar with CRM software/cloud base
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Knowledge of Quickbooks desktop
Education: High school
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Based Upon Experience
