SUMMARY Assist In The Day-to-day Facility Upkeep, Including
manufacturing/distribution equipment repair and preventative maintenance
to assure the facility and equipment are maintained in top condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Assist with
day-to-day facility upkeep and manufacturing/distribution equipment
repair and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild
mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical/electronic
equipment. Suggest cost-saving upgrades to equipment and changes to
improve performance of equipment. Assist with the development and
maintenance of SOPs and the Preventative Maintenance program. Coordinate
and communicate with cross-functional people regarding maintenance
projects and requests. Maintain and repair office furniture and
equipment. Assist with general facility maintenance including snow
removal, sidewalk maintenance, and lighting replacement. Complete
maintenance work orders by requested due dates. Source and order parts
